Crescent Head Pre-School is a community based not-for-profit early childhood education and care service. We deliver quality early education to 3 - 5 year old children from Crescent Head, Kempsey and Macleay Valley surrounding areas.Our Pre-School hours 8am - 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday during School Terms. This service is the recipient of funding under the NSW Department of Education’s Start Strong for Community Preschools program and fee relief is available for families of eligible children.

At Crescent Head Community Pre-School, the safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, caring, inclusive and supportive environment where children feel respected, valued, and protected.
We uphold the NSW Child Safe Standards and maintain a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse or harm of any kind. Child Safety is embedded in everything we do through strong policies, safe practices, active supervision, and ongoing staff training.
We work closely with families and the wider community to build trusting relationships and ensure open, honest communication. Our Educators create nurturing connections with children, support their understanding of personal safety in age-appropriate ways, and respond quickly and appropriately to any concerns.
All staff are trained in child protection responsibilities and follow clear reporting procedures to ensure every children’s safety and wellbeing are protected at all times.
